Service Description
Looking for a fun and creative way to get into the holiday spirit? Join us for a hands-on snowman-building workshop where you'll craft your very own ceramic snowman! Whether you're looking for a cozy, festive activity for yourself the whole family, this workshop is perfect for all ages (5+ recommended with parent help). No prior experience is necessary- our instructors will be there to guide you through every step! In this 1.5-hour session, you'll have the chance to bring your snowman to life. Whether you prefer a classic snowman with a scarf and carrot nose, or want to get creative with details like buttons and hats, the possibilities are endless! It’s a great way to slow down and enjoy some creative time while celebrating the winter season. After the workshop, we will bisque fire your piece, as well as glaze it to one color of your choice. Want to get more creative with glazing? Come back to the studio after your piece is bisque fired and paint your snowman with our paint bar pottery glazes for an additional $20, and we will glaze fire it after that. Just ask your instructor! PLEASE NOTE: The finished pieces from this workshop will not be ready for pickup prior to Christmas. However, this is still a fun & festive way to celebrate the holidays with friends and family! Workshop Details: -Dates & Times: Sunday December 15th 4:00-5:30pm, Tuesday December 17th 6:00-7:30pm, and Saturday December 21st 5:30-7:00pm. -Location: Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660.
