Winter Sip & Paint with Valo Cellars
We're partnering with Valo Cellars for another sip & paint event! January 26th, 6pm-8pm.
Service Description
Brush away the winter blues with an evening of wine sipping and pottery painting on January 26th from 6pm-8pm! We will be providing an informational demo on the pottery painting process to the group at 6:15pm, so we do ask that you arrive at the studio by that time. $30 reserves your spot at this event, and includes a wine tasting curated by Valo Cellars as well as a food pairing. Valo is also offering an event participant discount of 15% on glasses of wine at the event and bottles of wine to take home! Pottery pieces, additional glasses of wine, and bottles of wine will be paid for at the event. The average price of a pottery piece is $30. Our staff will then collect and fire your pottery pieces, and contact you when they are ready for pick-up in approximately 2-3 weeks. Please read below for our policies and disclaimer.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund or free rescheduling, you must notify us 7 days before your scheduled class/activity. Within 7 days of your class there is no refund but you can choose to reschedule within the first five days of that week prior to your class and must pay 20% of the class price to reschedule. There will be NO reschedule/cancellation for any reason within 48 hours of the class, and no refund will be offered. Any refund offered will be subject to a 4% processing fee. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and artists who are booked specifically for this event, and also other customers who might have had a chance to book if the seat was available. Please understand we are a small service based business and lots of planning and supplies go into making these classes possible. Please be aware this is one of the most generous cancellation and rescheduling policies in our industry, and please don't give our staff a hard time for adhering to it- they are just doing their job. Every precaution will be taken to ensure the best possible outcome for every firing. Use of the studio indicates you agree that you will not hold the studio, its volunteers, or any other person associated with the studio responsible for work that is damaged or defective in any way while in the studio at any stage of the process. While working with clay is relatively safe, there are hazards and risks. These risks include the possibility of injuries or illness related to the use of the studio, materials, or equipment. Use of the studio indicates you agree that you have been informed of the risks and have signed the Kilnfolk waiver.

Attention Students!
If you are signing up for a multi-week or workshop that includes open studio time please click below to create an account on our website. Be sure to use the email that you used to book your class. You then will be able to access the Open Studio Sign Up Page under Memberships. Each open studio session is just a start time and is good for up to 3 hours. Open studio time must be used in one day and cannot be split between multiple days. Multi-Week open studio sessions do not roll over and must be used in the week they are allotted.
